Reporting unethical conduct

At Friulmac, we are committed to fostering a culture of integrity and transparency. We encourage employees to report any suspected violations of our Anti-Corruption Policy or any other unethical behavior.

How to report concerns

Friulmac provides multiple channels for employees to confidentially report concerns:

Internal reporting: You can directly report concerns to your supervisor, a member of the Human Resources department, or the Compliance Officer. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
Third-Party hotline: Friulmac may offer a confidential, third-party hotline service operated by an independent organization. This hotline allows you to report concerns anonymously if you prefer not to disclose your identity.

What to report

You are encouraged to report any suspected violations of our Anti-Corruption Policy, including:

  • Bribery or solicitation of bribes
  • Improper gifts or hospitality
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Fraudulent accounting practices
  • Any other unethical or illegal behavior


Protection from retaliation

Friulmac strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports concerns in good faith. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of whistleblowers to the fullest extent possible.
