Mechanization for collecting the work-pieces at the moulder exit and bringing them back to the operator with an automatic stacker.
Principal characteristics:
- Motorized circular conveyor equipped with adjustable guides, by +/- 50 mm height adjustable feed.
- Motorized return belt managed by variable-speed motor. The belt glides on a plate with containment edges and lateral conveyor guide.
- Stacking table for work-pieces with 1500 mm length and 620 mm width.
- Electro-pneumatic stacker with electronic work-piece counter.
- Work-piece pusher displacement by pneumatic cylinder with photocell enabling.
